The turning on a hill thing has me perplexed a bit. Kill wire being pinched? Is the bogging smooth like carburetion, or jittery and rough, due to electricall anomalies? Your moving the plug cap may have 'worked' because you temporarily moved the plug wire (please read on).

Regardless, the following points should be considered:

Very important to do on Fantic Sections is add some insulation to the plug wire and NEVER zip tie it to the frame. Take some fuel line and split it down its length. Place over the plug wire between coil and plug cap. Make sure it is routed so that it is not against the engine mounts or other metal parts. Near is OK, but jammed up against is not.

The tension in the wire is so high the dielectric of the insullation is insufficient when the humidity is very high or it is raining or you are washing the bike. The wire will arc to the frame under those conditions.
